Kalamon Olives come from the famous Kalamata region of Greece. Plump, fleshy olives, full of flavour. They have naturally black - brownish colour and a little softness in texture as they mature on the tree. The colour of Kalamon olives is not uniform because of the natural process, it depends on the side of the tree where they are and the exposure to sun - rays. Those exposed more to the sun tend to be darker in colour. Offered as whole, pitted or even in halves. Eat on their own as a fingerfood and appetizer or add to casseroles and salads, particularly classical Greek salad. For many, the tastiest olive you can eat.

Hand-harvested from the region of Mani. Obtained directly through the evaporation of seawater. It is not processed, therefore retains trace levels of minerals like magnesium, potassium, calcium and other nutrients. Goes well not only with meat, fish, vegetables and fresh salads, but also with caramel and peanut butter. But a pinch can also be added to chocolatery, and even fruity desserts for a surprising kick.
